Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is damaged upon arrival and the seals are intact.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Returns

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the box is opened and the perfume bottles inside are damaged or broken, you can file a claim provided you have recorded proof while opening the box to ensure no fraud takes place.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer cash returns except in specific cases determined by the seller. Instead, if your claim is approved, you can purchase another item from our store and receive a 10% discount on the new purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit to use on your next purchase.
